Service Folio does not collect your data. There is no account, sign-in, or online backup, and your records are not sent to us.
Records on your device
The iPhone app stores vehicle profiles, service records, mileage, reminders, and attached documents locally on your device. Like other app data, they can be included in your iPhone’s own backups. You can export and restore your own archive. The app works without creating an account.
Backups you control
Service Folio does not offer online backup or account sign-in. To keep an extra copy, you can save a complete archive to Files, iCloud Drive, or another location you choose. Archive files contain information you entered, such as vehicle details, service history, receipts, and attachments. Service Folio does not encrypt them, so keep them somewhere you trust.
Service Folio has no analytics, advertising, or tracking.
Retention and deletion
You can export your data at any time. You can delete a vehicle and its records in the app. Before a restore or import, the app saves a restore point of your previous records on your iPhone. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your iPhone, including restore points. Archives you saved to Files or another location stay there until you remove them.
Children and sharing
Service Folio is a personal vehicle-record tool. It is not designed for children and does not provide shared garages or public profiles.
